Seeking an experienced, bilingual Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Occupational Medicine program in Rockford, Illinois.

- Employer-based Occupational Medicine practice
- Position offers a rewarding opportunity to focus on preventive care, workforce health, and injury management within a highly collaborative practice
- Evaluate and treat work-related injuries and illnesses
- Perform DOT, pre-employment, return-to-work, and surveillance physicals
- Conduct OSHA-mandated exams, respirator clearances, and drug/alcohol testing
- Emphasis on injury prevention, early intervention, and safe return-to-work
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Experience in occupational medicine or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
Compensation/Benefits:
- Competitive salary range (based on experience): $120,542-$132,587
