An established healthcare organization serving communities throughout Washington’s Columbia River Plateau region is seeking a bilingual Behavioral Health Consultant to join an integrated care team focused on improving access to behavioral health services through collaborative, solution-focused patient care.
Position Highlights:
- Join an integrated care team connecting behavioral and physical health services
- Provide brief, solution-focused behavioral health interventions
- Collaborate with primary care providers to support whole-person care
- Help patients navigate resources, referrals, and ongoing behavioral health needs
- Provide care management for patients with chronic behavioral health conditions
- Educate patients and staff on behavioral health prevention and treatment strategies
- Document patient care and interventions within an electronic medical record system
- Participate in program evaluation, training, and continuous improvement efforts
- Make a meaningful impact by expanding access to behavioral healthcare in the community
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related behavioral health field
- Licensed or license-eligible behavioral health professional (LMHC, LMHC-A, LICSW)
- Bilingual/biliterate in English and Spanish required
- Knowledge of behavioral health theory, case management, and ethical practices
- Experience providing behavioral health interventions and counseling services
- Valid driver’s license
Compensation/Benefits:
- Competitive compensation: $78K - $97K+ annually (DOE)
