Seeking BE/BC Anesthesiology Physician to join an established, community-focused care team in western Massachusetts. This opportunity offers supportive clinical colleagues, regional specialty resources and an emphasis on high-quality patient care and a sustainable practice environment.
Position Highlights, Schedule & Responsibilities
- Join a collegial anesthesia care-team practice with 15 anesthesiologists and 21 CRNAs.
- Anesthesia technicians and an experienced perioperative team provide support across five community sites.
- Diverse case mix includes vascular, orthopedic, thoracic, OB/GYN, endoscopy and neurosurgery; no cardiac surgery or transplant cases.
- Care-team model includes opportunities for solo cases while on call.
- Approximately six first-call and backup assignments monthly, with the morning and day off after first call.
- Forty-hour position with variable days, rotating holidays and weekends.
Compensation & Benefits
- $580,000 annual salary.
- $75,000 sign-on bonus.
- Eight weeks of vacation.
