Seeking a BC/BE Psychiatrist comfortable treating patients with addiction
to join a 100-bed behavioral health program in the Chicago suburbs, providing care across detox and residential levels.
Position Highlights:
- 30 hours per week with NP support for remaining coverage
- 100-bed program with a typical census of ~80 patients
- Approximately 20% of patients at the detox level of care
- Provide psychiatric care within detox and residential programs
- Ideal for a psychiatrist with experience or strong interest in addiction medicine and behavioral health
- Collaborative model with psychiatrists and NPs working together to provide comprehensive patient care
Qualifications:
- MD or DO with appropriate psychiatric training
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Psychiatry
- Comfortable treating patients with substance use disorders and addiction
- Eligible for Illinois medical licensure
