A growing behavioral health organization in central New Jersey, within easy reach of New York City, is seeking a Medical Director to provide clinical leadership across two comprehensive behavioral health programs.
Position Highlights:
- Flexible Medical Director opportunity: part-time Medical Director role overseeing one location OR full-time Medical Director role providing oversight across two locations
- Support behavioral health programs offering a full continuum of care, including:
- Detoxification services
- Residential treatment
- Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
- Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
- Patient-facing role with opportunity to see patients at least one day per week, with flexibility for additional clinical involvement
- Provide clinical oversight, guidance, and supervision to advanced practice providers and mid-level clinicians
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
- Opportunity to influence program growth, clinical standards, and treatment delivery
