Seeking a BC/BE Urologist to join a high-acuity, inpatient-focused urology role in Northeast Arkansas with advanced robotics, predictable scheduling, and minimal outpatient responsibilities.
Position Highlights:
- Dedicated acute care hospitalist model covering inpatients and ER consults with operative management of urgent and emergent urologic cases
- Minimal outpatient clinic responsibilities and approximately 14–15 shifts per month with structured block scheduling
- Single-hospital coverage — no satellite travel, no split coverage
- Work with five da Vinci robotic systems, including the latest da Vinci X Efficient platform, in Arkansas’ largest robotic surgery program
- High surgical volume with dedicated OR access, experienced robotic teams, and modern state-of-the-art facilities
- Established, high-volume urology service line with strong hospitalist and specialty backup
- Stable referral base serving Northeast Arkansas and physician-led leadership support
