Masters prepared nurse with years of ER/Trauma and ICU experience – Kimberly left the bedside to become the Trauma & Pediatric Emergency Quality Coordinator of a major health-system from 2021 until 2026. Pivoting towards the family business of healthcare recruiting, Kimberly is now excited to bring her knowledge of healthcare systems and dynamics to better serve the Britt Medical clientele. Throughout her career Kimberly won awards such as Daisy Award Nurse of the Year, was a featured speaker at several conferences/symposiums including the Midwest Pediatric Quality Coordinators Symposium with an audience spanning several states, is a certified AA-SANE nurse, TNS, CEN, Course Director for the ENA and more. Kimberly understands firsthand how important finding the right talent is towards excellent care and is enthusiastic to help providers and clients nationwide find the best fits for their careers and communities. In her spare time Kim enjoys spending time with her young child, husband, and puppy, gardening, and with various art/DIY projects.
